01About these terms
This site is run by X MOTORS LLC, the official XPENG distributor in Armenia. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
02Information on the site
Specifications, range, charging times and other figures are published by XPENG for the global version of each model and may differ for cars sold in Armenia. Equipment, colour, availability and price are only final once set out in a sales contract. Nothing on this site is a public offer.
03Calculators
The range estimator and the payment calculator give approximate, indicative results only. They are not manufacturer figures, an offer of credit or a guarantee. Your bank sets the actual terms of any loan.
04Enquiries and test drives
A request sent through the site is not a booking: we contact you to confirm a time. A test drive requires a valid driving licence, and the conditions of the drive are agreed at the showroom.
05Intellectual property
The XPENG name and logo, the model names and the photography on this site belong to their owner. The content of the site may not be copied or used commercially without X Motors’ written permission.
06Links to other sites
The site links to other sites, including xpeng.com, banks and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
07Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, X Motors is not liable for decisions made on the strength of the site’s information alone.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia, and any dispute arising from them is settled in the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
