01Who handles your data
X MOTORS LLC ("X Motors", "we") is the official XPENG distributor in Armenia and the controller of the personal data received through this site. Address: 39 Tbilisyan Highway, Yerevan 0091. Email: info@xmotors.am. Phone: +374 12 777 444.
02What we collect
Only what you send us through the enquiry or test-drive form, plus the minimum technical data the site cannot run without:
- your name and phone number (required);
- your email address, the model you are interested in, when suits you and your message (optional);
- the address of the page the form was sent from, so we know which model or topic you are asking about;
- your IP address and browser details, recorded automatically in the hosting provider’s server logs.
We use no analytics or advertising services and do not track how you move around the site.
03Why we use it
Form details are used only to answer your enquiry, arrange a test drive and stay in touch about it, on the basis of the consent you give in the form. Technical data keeps the site secure and working. We send no marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell your data.
04Who receives it
Only the X Motors staff handling your enquiry, and the services the site depends on:
- Vercel Inc., which hosts the site and processes the forms;
- Resend, which delivers form submissions to X Motors’ inbox;
- Google, which provides X Motors’ email and, if you allow it to load, the Google Maps embed.
These services may process data outside Armenia, including in the United States and the European Union. We disclose data to public authorities only where the law requires it.
05How long we keep it
Form details are kept for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and any purchase or service that follows, then deleted unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period.
06Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies of its own. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so we do not have to ask again. The Google Maps embed at the foot of each page can set cookies, so it loads only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site.
07Your rights
Under the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, write to info@xmotors.am. If you believe your rights have been breached, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia.

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page.
